Passing to next generation

We have passed the baton! Indeed, March 1st 2017 Lucien and I have officially transferred the company to a younger group of entrepreneurs. All in their thirties, they are savvy, have refreshing ideas and possess plenty of reserve energy. It is the perfect team to lead the company through its next growth cycle. Helitowcart 2.0 has been launched! This transfer to a new management has been a few years in the making. We took our time to ensure a smooth and mastered transfer. The new team inherits a sound company in robust health. Conditions for a solid continuity are optimal.

Will we remain in the neighborhood? Of course, we will! As Mentors, we plan to provide this new management team any needed support for years to come. Helitowcart will stay dear to us. I guess this is because our lives have been entirely dedicated to Helitowcart as a seven day a week affair all along. Lucien’s business goal was to have happy customers around the world. His personal goal was to create a means that would multiply his opportunities to meet incredibly interesting & dynamic people on all continents. My goal was to create a thriving Jewel of a company. We have each surpassed our personal goals and are now healthily moving on to new life endeavours. We will keep great memories of our Helitowcart time. Lucien found his pleasure in hands-on product development, supplier contact, finance management and endless teasing. My enjoyment was fuelled by rewarding international customer contact. I also loved building the solid operational structure that sustains the company’s growth.

To all of you our dear customers & friends of the industry, we wish to THANK YOU for making this business a huge success and most of all a source of immense pleasure for Lucien and I. Being in contact with you from all over the planet has been a daily dose of bliss. Reading your incoming messages late on Friday nights or at three in the morning any day of the week has never failed to thrill us. The fascinating phone conversations we had with you, the kind words those of you wrote about your satisfaction for our quick responses, your pleasure at using the equipment, or your enchantment at our service level, all made us swoon from happiness. You made our days. We are going to miss you!

To our vast network of dedicated individuals who contributed relentlessly to our business as suppliers, sub-contractors and advisers, we wish to THANK YOU for taking at heart our endeavor. To every one of you who answered our insistent phone calls and who went beyond the call of duty to deliver in super short lead times, we have appreciated every one of your outstanding efforts to help us serve our customers. You have made such a difference!

It has been a fabulous and memorable endeavour. Helitowcart today has reached a level of success that is beyond our imagination. As we all continue our journeys, we say “Au Revoir”, meaning Farewell - Until we meet again.
