Batteries: Tow carts use 12 volts Deep Cycle batteries also known as “Marine” , “RV” or ‘’Camping Car’’.

Battery type readily available worldwide. V600s tow carts require 6 batteries, group 40 size.

Most users need battery charging only once or twice a month. Batteries perform at their best for 2-3 years.

Battery charger:  Battery chargers are 115/230v. High quality battery charger monitors battery charge level.

Brakes:  V600 series are set up on permanent braking mode that is triggered as soon as throttle is released.

Clearance: Tow carts offer significant ground clearance to perform easy movement over hangar rails and obstacles.

Commercial grade: Tow carts designed to provide commercial grade products for long term reliability in intense use.

Controller: High quality units that provide exceptional precision and unsurpassed reliability.

Lifts : Telescopic Black electric lift is operated by its own 300 watts motor & is designed for heavy duty applications.

Motors : Each traction wheel has its own 300 watts motor. Each wheel is independent. V600 series tow carts have de-rated mechanical systems that multiply traction capability. Excellent performance & reliability record.

Maintenance: Tow carts require no maintenance other than periodical monitoring of battery condition.

Environment: Operations within hangars performed in complete silence and in fume free air.

Speed:  Tow carts can be operated at a very slow speed for delicate maneuvers into hangars, up to a brisk walking pace for long distances. The tow carts are clutch free so they initiate movement without triggering helicopter blade movement.

Wheels : All tow carts traction wheels are pneumatic. They provide excellent traction for challenging surfaces & weathers.
