At Helitowcart, we use Customer relationship management software (CRM) to help us keep track and organize your customer information and customer interactions i.e. contact history, with us which is entered, stored and accessed only by Helitowcart employees. This allows us to greatly improve the service provided to our customers.
The contact history provides staff members with immediate access to important information on your account (products owned, prior support calls etc.), eliminating the need to individually obtain this information directly from a paper file or other Helitowcart employees. From the outside, while you interact with Helitowcart, you will perceive the business as a single entity, despite often interacting with a number of employees in different roles and departments.
